The Role

• Manage administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, patient reception, billing, and telephone communication.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as ECG, ergometry, long-term ECG/BP monitoring, pulmonary function tests, and DXA measurements.
• Administer vaccinations, perform blood draws, and conduct infusions and occupational health examinations.
• Prepare for and follow up on patient consultations to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification.
• Social competence and empathy in patient interactions are essential.
• Strong teamwork skills and a motivated, engaged attitude towards work.
• Openness to individuals with medical backgrounds looking to transition into this role is welcome.
