Job description

Project Architect – Crown Pointe, IN

DISHER is excited to partner with a collaborative design studio on a Project Architect based out of their Crown Pointe studio. This studio integrates architecture, interiors, and engineering, specializing in the design of learning environments. As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in taking projects from concept design through project completion. You’ll lead by example, mentoring others, championing collaboration, and ensuring every project benefits from diverse perspectives and expertise.

What it's like to work here:

You'll join a team that is passionate about designing environments that inspire learning and connection. As a Project Architect, you’ll collaborate with talented designers and engineers in a supportive, idea-driven culture that values creativity, flexibility, and professional growth. Our projects have real impact—shaping schools and community spaces that make a difference—while their team-first environment ensures that every voice contributes to great design.
