The Role • Create and maintain accurate, updated, and user-friendly documentation for a diverse range of advanced systems. • Collaborate closely with engineers, operations teams, and subject matter experts to understand product functionalities and user workflows. • Establish and maintain a consistent tone, voice, and quality standard across all written technical artifacts. • Partner with account and product teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure comprehensive documentation is available for end-users. • Develop technical manuals, operational guides, procedures, and user guides tailored to meet customer needs. • Potentially work with MIL-STD-40051D and S1000D standards for documentation delivery. What You'll Need • 4+ years of proven experience generating technical documentation. • Demonstrated ability in writing user-facing technical documentation. • Experience interpreting and utilizing engineering documentation. • Proficiency in creating content in various formats, including Word and XML. • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. • Experience with military technical documentation standards (MIL-STD-40051, S1000D) is highly desired.
