We are seeking a dedicated Roadside Technician for a leading automotive assistance provider, renowned for its commitment to keeping the UK moving. This role offers the chance to be part of a trusted organisation with a long heritage and a strong focus on member satisfaction.

The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Address a variety of issues including battery, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
