The Role

• Serve as a technical lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training events, communicating technical issues and requirements to leadership.
• Coordinate and plan system and personnel support for live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training events with various teams and stakeholders.
• Lead technical teams in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend improvements.
• Support event testing and execution as the technical lead, ensuring successful delivery of training objectives.
• Maintain and enhance modeling and simulation tools, staying abreast of current military capabilities and doctrine.
• Utilize collaboration tools to share event schedules, documents, and track issues, keeping stakeholders informed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certification in Linux and/or Microsoft.
• Security+ certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP) and distributed simulation protocols (HLA, DIS).
• Military experience is required, along with experience supporting operational-level Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) events.
