Job Description

Project: Installation Supervision and Commissioning of Vanderlande Pallet Handling system based on Vanderlande SSS library for Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site electro-mechanical installation.
• Power ON check of the entire control system.
• Commission the PLC software using SSS library.
• Clear the snag list.
• Conduct site acceptance test & client acceptance test.
• Conduct training to client.

Project Duration

2 years

Essential Skills

• Siemens PLC (S7-300) expert level programming.
• Siemens Win-CC SCADA programming.
• SSS library knowledge.
• Asi and Profinet networking skills.
• Moeller Local motor starter programming.
• Electro-mechanical design skills.
• Expert knowledge of pallet handling system.

Experience

5-10 years experience in Industrial Automation for warehouses.
