Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-month contract (likely to be extended)

Job Requirement:

Required Skills:

• Strong IT knowledge and technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous banking or financial services experience.
• Training experience, including user training and knowledge transfer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Product enablement experience, including supporting product adoption, creating training materials, and helping users understand product features and functionality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Business Analyst with strong Product Analyst capabilities, banking domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training, product enablement, and analytical problem-solving.
