I am currently recruiting for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer role supporting a core enterprise initiative at a Leading Financial Ratings Organization.

Key Role Highlights:

Tech Stack: C# .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, modern Angular (v14+), TypeScript, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

Architecture: Enterprise microservices, RESTful API design, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

Target Experience: Senior hands-on engineer with a strong full-stack foundation (8+ years of software development experience required).

Important Interview Logistics: To ensure fairness and security, the client requires a highly structured evaluation process. Please note the following steps before applying:

1. Preliminary Screen: A video-recorded technical screening with me to review your communication and technical baseline.

2. Panel Interviews: 1 to 2 rounds of technical interviews with the engineering team covering hands-on coding, architecture, and SOLID principles.

3. Interview Location: The client strictly requires that these remote panel interviews be proctored from our Randstad office or an approved professional facility-interviews conducted from a candidate's home office will not be permitted.
