>> Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10.2) & R12 (12.1.3)

>> Oracle Applications RLM, Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, eCommerce Gateway

>> EDIFACT & ANSI X12 EDI Standards

>> Oracle EDI Transaction Sets (850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV)

>> Oracle EDI Production Support & Issue Resolution

>> Trading Partner Setup & EDI Map Modifications

>> Support Process & Root Cause Analysis

>> IBM Sterling Integrator (SIB2B Integrator) experience is a plus
