The Role

• Ensure the smooth operation of technical systems within client properties.
• Perform independent maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and on-site fault analysis.
• Execute safety checks in accordance with relevant regulations (e.g., DGUV Vorschrift 3).
• Manage building technology systems, including power supply, lighting, and measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) technology.
• Communicate effectively with clients and on-site contacts.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electrical installer, or equivalent qualification in energy and building technology.
• Prior experience in electrical building services, facility management, or technical services is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
