CNC Waterjet & Punch Press Operator

Our client in Natrona Heights, PA is searching for a CNC waterjet && punch press operator to add to their manufacturing team.

Job Description

• Set up and operate CNC waterjet machine to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, and shaping various materials - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the machining operations required - Use precision measuring instruments such as cali pers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of dimensions - Select dies, accessories, and materials on CNC punches.
• Calculate and set contr ols to regulate punching factors.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Experience working with CNC machines (specifically waterjet experience)
