The Role

• Provide individual and activating care for residents, focusing on their well-being.
• Manage and document care plans and medication.
• Maintain close contact and communication with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure the implementation of quality assurance measures.
• Support and mentor nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (Healthcare and Nursing Assistant or similar).
• Specialized training/certification in Palliative Care.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and dependent individuals.
• Strong empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
