Job Description:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
• Exposure to product development or digital transformation projects.
