Position: Senior Business Analyst – Operations (EDI Program)
Location: Remote (EST/CST Candidates Only)
Duration: 6+ months

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools), Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Experience analyzing backlogs, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement, stakeholder management, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-related request intake/workflows.
• Experience with change management (Prosci) or PMP certification is a plus.
