Job Description

Your tasks

  • Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership
  • Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs
  • Drive technical decision-making across organizations
  • Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation
  • Interface with customers, partners and senior management
  • Align technology strategy with business objectives
  • Mentor project leaders and senior engineers

Who we are looking for

  • MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ years semiconductor development experience
  • Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
  • Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation
  • Product development lifecycle
  • Risk and stakeholder management
  • Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
