Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Finance Functional Lead to serve as the primary onshore, customer-facing consultant responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and delivery of Oracle NetSuite Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across NetSuite Finance modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead offshore teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onshore functional lead for Oracle NetSuite Finance, working closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather business requirements, validate solution designs, and drive project decisions.
• Configure and support core NetSuite Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and OneWorld (Multi-Subsidiary/Multi-Currency).
• Design and configure Chart of Accounts, subsidiary structures, intercompany relationships, and consolidation settings aligned with business reporting requirements.
• Configure SuiteTax, tax codes, tax groups, and tax reporting to support local and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements.
• Develop and configure SuiteFlow approval workflows for journal entries, vendor bills, expense reports, and payment approvals.
• Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, design reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions while serving as the primary escalation point for offshore functional teams.
• Coordinate daily offshore team activities by assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely customer deliverables.
• Support period-end financial close processes, revenue recognition configuration (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and financial reporting using NetSuite Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics.
• Lead financial data migration activities using CSV imports for Chart of Accounts, customer/vendor master data, and opening balances.
• Develop functional test scripts, lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT activities, and deliver end-user training along with project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Experience leading at least two full-cycle NetSuite Finance implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring NetSuite GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and OneWorld.
• 2+ years of experience with SuiteTax, multi-currency, intercompany accounting, and financial consolidation.
• Experience configuring SuiteFlow approval workflows for finance processes.
• Hands-on experience performing financial data migration using CSV imports.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification and/or SuiteFoundation Certification.
• Experience with Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and NetSuite Budgeting & Planning.
• Basic knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteQL for reporting and minor customizations.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce, Payroll, or Project Accounting modules.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Experience working directly with Finance leadership and executive stakeholders in enterprise environments.
