Sr. PeopleSoft Analyst (Finance + Grants/Research)

Our Northeast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Sr. PeopleSoft Analyst (Finance + Grants/Research) to support the healthcare organization's Financials, Payroll, Grants, and Research Administration environments. This role will provide configuration, enhancement, and operational support across PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll modules while partnering with business stakeholders on ongoing process improvements. This 13+ month contract role is 100% remote & will be working EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll modules.
• Provide break-fix support, enhancements, and period/year-end close assistance.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support Grants, Contracts, Projects, and Award lifecycle processes.
• Manage sponsor billing, effort reporting, and research finance enhancements.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll functionality, including tax and accumulator setup.
• Support sponsored programs billing, F&A rate management, and Project Costing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll.
• Expertise in healthcare finance and payroll operations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Grants, Project Costing, and research administration.
• Knowledge of sponsored programs, sponsor billing, effort reporting, and award management.
• Proven experience with functional configuration, testing, and production support.
