HR Director at our nursing home! You’ll play a vital role in creating a supportive and efficient workplace for our staff and residents. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a strong, dedicated team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to staff on HR policies and employee relations matters.

Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance review processes. Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission to provide exceptional care. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
