The Role

• Lead and motivate a team, setting a positive example and implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and creative ideas.
• Oversee all aspects of the fresh food counter, including cost and revenue development, inventory, ordering, and pricing.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a focus on bakery or fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of products, with a keen eye for freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with commitment and conscientious work habits.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work within a shift system.
