Job Title: Project Manager - General Insurance

Location: Leeds twice a week in office

Contract Type: 6 months

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Integrator to coordinate and deliver complex business and technology change initiatives across multiple teams and third-party suppliers.

The role will focus on integrated planning, dependency management, stakeholder coordination and implementation readiness, ensuring delivery activities remain aligned from supplier engagement through to successful implementation and business adoption.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive delivery professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex interdependencies across business, technology and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of strategic product and customer journey change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage relationships and coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party suppliers and strategic partners.
• Facilitate collaboration across Procurement, Commercial, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, sourcing and implementation activities where required.
• Work with business and technology teams to deliver new product capabilities and customer-facing enhancements.
• Coordinate implementation, release and service introduction activities.
• Ensure operational readiness, communications, training and support arrangements are in place.
• Provide clear delivery reporting and support governance, risk management and escalation activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Significant experience managing or integrating complex business and technology change.
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in supplier management, strategic partnerships or third-party implementations.
• Strong integrated planning, dependency management and risk management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating implementations, releases or service transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve delivery challenges and drive outcomes.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within General Insurance or the wider financial services sector.
• Experience delivering customer journey transformation or product enhancements.
• Exposure to supplier-led change or partnership-based delivery.
• Understanding of operational readiness, change governance and regulatory requirements.
