Product Manager

Description

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Product Manager for a 6-7+ month contract opportunity. This is a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week position supporting a critical product management initiative. The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, product marketing, customer success, and technical stakeholders to drive platform and integration-focused product initiatives. This role is ideal for a product manager with experience delivering B2B or B2B2C platform capabilities, managing technical integrations, and working within education technology or related environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product initiatives focused on platform functionality, integrations, user provisioning, and system interoperability.
• Develop product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical and API-driven projects.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to prioritize, deliver, and optimize product enhancements.
• Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, implementation, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Gather and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Work with third-party platforms and integrations to support seamless user access and account management experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and operational needs to inform future enhancements.
• Support product planning, prioritization, testing, rollout, and adoption efforts.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience supporting software, platform, or technology products.
• Proven experience delivering B2B or B2B2C platform features and functionality.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, product specifications, and user stories for integration-heavy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical product ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, data, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
