Job Description

Due to continued expansion we require an MEP Quantity Surveyor in Germany.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects
  • Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures
  • Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration
  • Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders
  • Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
