The role

I'm Jan, Co-founder and CEO. I need a sharp generalist next to me to turn our biggest growth priorities into results. One week you're building the business case for an enterprise deal. The next, you're running an agent hackathon at a customer or testing a new segment.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic projects. Work with the founders on top priorities, bringing research, analysis and clear recommendations to key decisions.

• Make our customers win with Dataleap. Build alongside customers, prove the value with the first agents, and scale adoption, from hackathons to C-suite rollout strategy.

• Shape our go-to-market. Explore segments, test growth plays, support enterprise deals, and sharpen how we tell the Dataleap story.

• Connect customers and product. Turn customer insights into concrete feedback and help shape our product.

• Run growth as an agentic system. Agentify your way out of the job.

• Own projects end-to-end. Define the problem, bring the right people together, and drive it to a clear outcome.

You're a fit if

• You're an ex-founder or have 1–3 years in a high-growth startup, VC or consulting.

• You're an AI power user. Not "exploring AI": you live in it. You ship agents on weekends and have opinions on model routing, eval design, and where current systems break.

• You're high agency with a high clock speed. You drive the agenda, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate sharply and to the point.

• You're low ego and high ownership. You'll do the unsexy work without flinching. You want to work hard and be deeply obsessed.

• You're commercially sharp. Renewals, expansion and navigating many stakeholders are second nature.

• You're great with people. You can walk into a room of executives and lead it, and customers and senior stakeholders trust you quickly.

• You speak native German and fluent English, and you're based in Munich or ready to move here.
