UX Designer / Product Designer

We are looking for a hands-on UX Designer who can own the end-to-end user experience for an internal-facing orchestration application. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, translating loosely defined business needs into intuitive designs and functional prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
• Design intuitive user experiences for an internal orchestration platform supporting complex business workflows.
• Work effectively in ambiguous environments where formal requirements or BRDs may not be available initially.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems, define user journeys, and translate ideas into actionable designs.
• Use Figma and Claude Code to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and iteration.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in UX research and end-to-end product design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and practical experience with Claude Code.
• Ability to independently drive design decisions with minimal documentation or predefined requirements.
• Experience designing complex workflows, preferably for internal enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
