Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, integrations, workflow automation, and platform best practices. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Applications.
Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or other ServiceNow modules.
Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
Develop Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, and Workspace solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance maintenance.
Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Create technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10–15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of ServiceNow development.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ServiceNow modules
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Exposure to AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities and automation solutions
