Principal/Chief Engineer

You will own technical direction, drive architecture for scalable products, and guide teams building custom software, automation, and integration services. Partner closely with clients, translate business needs into robust systems, and uphold engineering best practices. Mentor senior engineers, champion DevOps and CI/CD, and foster a culture of learning, craftsmanship, and pragmatic, high quality delivery in an agile, low ego environment.
