We have an Urgent requirement for a Lead System Analyst at Remote Long-Term Contract.

Role: Lead System Analyst
Location: Remote

Must have skills.

Cloud, APIs, Databases (oracle is preferred), Kafka, data feeds
Role Overview
The client is seeking an experienced and highly mature Lead System Analyst to drive technical leadership across a team of system analysts. This role will be responsible for leading technical discussions, making key design decisions, and defining the implementation roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of system analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines
Drive technical discussions, solution design, and decision-making across multiple initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to assess the impact of:
  • New or modified data feeds
  • System integrations
  • Database restructuring
  • Enhancements to existing applications
Analyze upstream and downstream system changes and define corresponding backend solution adjustments
Translate business and technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories and documentation
Develop a deep understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns
Evaluate multiple solution approaches and drive the team toward the optimal technical path
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in System Analysis with leadership responsibilities
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive solution architecture discussions
Solid understanding of:
  • Cloud platforms
  • APIs & integrations
  • Data feeds and event-driven systems
  • Database concepts (Oracle preferred)
  • Messaging platforms such as Kafka
Experience working on system integrations and backend solution design
Strong documentation skills with expertise in writing user stories and requirements
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Domain Requirements
Mandatory: Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Preferred: Exposure to Payments domain
