Job description

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to support data center and infrastructure sales teams through Salesforce management, sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce dashboards, reports, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
  • Track pipeline stages, commits, upside, bookings, and revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support quota-carrying sales teams and improve CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy.
  • Experience in data centers, colocation, hyperscale, IT infrastructure, low voltage, cabling, or networking.
  • Advanced Salesforce or similar CRM expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, bookings, and revenue tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
