Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Systems Analyst to manage the end-to-end integration between our enterprise Oracle Cloud SCM platform and Fulfillment Services (WFS). In this role, you will be the technical and operational bridge ensuring that our inventory, automated order flows, and inbound logistics are seamless, accurate, and optimized. Your goal will be to maintain perfect data integrity between Oracle and WFS, minimizing stockouts and maximizing marketplace fulfillment metrics.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Integration Management: Own, monitor, and optimize the data pipelines (APIs, EDI, OIC) linking Oracle Cloud SCM (Inventory, Order Management) with Seller Center and WFS.
• Inventory & Order Reconciliation: Reconcile daily inventory levels between Oracle virtual warehouses and physical WFS nodes to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Inbound Logistics Flow: Coordinate the transfer of goods into WFS fulfillment hubs, ensuring shipping documents, routing guides, and ASN signals comply with Walmart's strict intake rules.
• Exception Handling: Rapidly troubleshoot data drops, stuck orders, fulfillment exceptions, and processing errors.
• Reporting & KPIs: Build dashboards to track integration health, WFS storage utilization, order cycle times, and financial variances due to lost or damaged marketplace stock.
📋 Required Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years managing supply chain applications, with a deep understanding of enterprise inventory systems.
• Oracle SCM Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM / Fusion (specifically Oracle Inventory Management and Oracle Order Management modules).
• Retail Marketplace Knowledge: Prior experience navigating the Walmart Seller Center ecosystem and managing inventory specifically inside Fulfillment Services (WFS) (or FBA equivalent).
• Technical Connectivity: Strong familiarity with EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 856, 846) or API integrations via middleware like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Problem-Solving: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or BI tools to perform data queries and root-cause analysis on system discrepancies.
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or Procurement modules.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment networks simultaneously (e.g., Shopify, Amazon FBA, WFS).
