UX Designer

Job Description-

Must-Have Skills / Experience

• End-to-end product UX design: interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journeys demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience designing complex workflow or data-heavy enterprise experiences (search, filtering, data export, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and ramp quickly with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal.
• Experience integrating UX research insights and iterating on user feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience

• Messaging, inbox, communications, or notifications product experience.
• Accessibility expertise (WCAG familiarity, designing for assistive technology).
• Experience with international or localized products, especially the Japanese market.
• Mobile-first design experience.
• Experience with A/B testing programs.
• Prior contractor or embedded-team experience at a large product organization.

Required Tools, Systems, or Platforms Experience

• Figma (strong, current proficiency).
• Prototyping and design handoff workflows.
• Working within an established design system.

Required Years or Level of Experience

• 3+ years professional product UX experience, mid-level.

Must be hands-on; this is an individual contributor design role, not a lead or strategy role
