RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Creve Coeur, MO that is seeking a UX Designer (Nearshore).
Summary:
We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to help shape intuitive digital experiences that solve real-world business challenges. This role will play a key part in designing web and mobile applications that improve customer workflows, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, thrives in collaborative environments, and is comfortable working throughout the entire product development lifecycle. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders to transform ideas and customer feedback into impactful product solutions.
This position offers the opportunity to tackle both complex strategic initiatives and smaller iterative enhancements while influencing the overall user experience of a growing suite of software products.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
* Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products from concept through implementation
* Experience working throughout the product development lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
* Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and design systems
* Strong visual design skills with an emphasis on usability and accessibility
* Familiarity with modern product development and Agile methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
