The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management operations, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Manage billing for inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management departments across the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the effective functioning of patient administration within a large healthcare network.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
• Prior experience in inpatient patient billing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hospital IT systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP is a plus.
• High level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work approach and ability to maintain overview in demanding situations.
• Professional and service-oriented communication with various stakeholders.
