Job Description

Test Engineer | Kassel, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a leading European systems house for land systems, renowned for its broad product portfolio and commitment to innovation. The Role

  • Responsible for the system-level support of artillery systems, from customer requirements to deployment.
  • Develop and execute test and proof programs for complex systems.
  • Analyze test results, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Adapt and enhance system-specific measurement requirements and act as a system operator during tests and demonstrations.
  • Provide technical representation for clients and subcontractors across multiple locations.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science; prior professional experience is a plus.
  • Technical training in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using data acquisition and analysis systems.
  • Experience operating weapon systems (gunner/commander) or defense systems.
  • Self-directed and responsible work ethic with strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally for system and component testing.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
