Manual Software Tester (Mid-level / Senior) m/f

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Manual Software Tester to join one of our client teams in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

Working in an Agile environment, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications by planning, executing, and improving manual testing activities while collaborating closely with development and business teams.

THE WORK:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to performance and load testing activities.
• Maintain and update test documentation and test suites as applications evolve.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to validate functional requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong experience with manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Jira and Xray for test and defect management.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with performance or load testing.
• ISTQB certification or other QA certifications.
• Experience testing enterprise or business-critical applications.
