Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 4 On / 4 Off days only Location: Central London<br />Salary: £48,000 per annum<br />Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off<br />Hours: 08:00 – 20:00 We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering and facilities team at a prestigious commercial building in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a stable permanent position, attractive 4-on/4-off shift pattern and a £48,000 salary. The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the building's electrical services, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Your duties will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns.
• Electrical fault-finding and repairs.
• Inspection, testing and remedial works.
• Maintaining electrical plant and building services.
• Carrying out routine inspections and safety checks.
• Completing maintenance records and job reports.
• Liaising with the wider facilities and engineering team.
• Assisting specialist contractors when required.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health &amp; safety and site procedures.
• Providing a professional service to building occupants and clients. Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within a commercial building / facilities environment.
• A recognised electrical qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 / City &amp; Guilds Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of commercial building electrical systems.
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent health &amp; safety awareness.
• A professional approach with good communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a busy engineering team. Package
