Students engage in wet lab mentorship to gain hands-on experience in research methodologies and academic writing.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day well-being, safeguarding, and logistical supervision of our cohort.

While this is a residential supervision role, we specifically seek candidates with an academic research background who have experience interacting with students and can provide support as they navigate high-level research for the first time.
