We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Clifton Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

Join our established, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice with eight locations, where we take pride in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and clients. At Clifton Vets, we are committed to promoting the health and happiness of pets across Clifton, Cotham, Redland, and Hotwells. Our practice combines modern facilities and competitive pricing to offer high-quality care for our clients and their pets, all while ensuring affordability. With strong connections to specialist veterinary centers, we go the extra mile to support the wellbeing of every pet we treat.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
