Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the formulation, evaluation, and revision of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Strategize and implement material procurement schedules to optimize construction workflows.
• Evaluate contractor bills and quantities for accuracy, ensuring they align with project specifications.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Direct cost comparison analyses, ensuring projects adhere to financial guidelines.
• Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on project costs, schedules and potential challenges.
