Perform in-home consultations
: assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; Close and follow through
: secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team. Own your pipeline
: update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate.

Partner with the team
: communicate with dispatch/office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials/scope.
2+ years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred, not required).
~ Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to meet customer scheduling needs.
~ Tech-savvy with CRM/estimating tools; Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
