Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience interpreting Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations
• 8+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)
• Strong expertise in project planning, business analysis methodologies, and evaluating complex IT applications, policies, and issues

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and business process improvement initiatives
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills in large-scale enterprise environments.
