Software Engineer (Mainframe Trust Systems) with AmTrust or Wealth Operations/Management exp.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Need candidate to work onsite from Day 1 (4 days a week onsite) – NO REMOTE 

Experience with AmTrust or Wealth Operations/Management is mandatory to have

We are seeking Software Engineers with strong Mainframe development experience to implement Trust platform enhancements identified during Operations workshops. The ideal candidates will actively participate in business workshops to gain firsthand understanding of requirements and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Trust system enhancements and changes.
• Participate in Operations workshops to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis, coding, testing, and deployment support.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Required Skills:                   

• Mainframe Technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, SAS
• Strong analysis, development, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Trust/Wealth Operations systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         WAM knowledge will add advantage.
