Senior Financial Accountant

Senior Financial Accountant | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Oversee month-end closing and prepare financial reports, including FLASH reporting. • Prepare quarterly Call Reports and consolidated/combined working papers. • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations prepared by Staff Accountants. • Configure, modify, and test software workflows to ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Assist with annual external and regulatory audits. • Process and review various financial entries and intercompany transactions. What You'll Need • Proven experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. • Experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting. • Ability to analyze account activity and research outstanding items. • Experience assisting with audits. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
