We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive manufacturer in Berlin that is at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and modern production environment directly on the assembly line, contributing to the creation of innovative vehicles.

The Role

• Setting up, operating, and continuously monitoring automated production facilities.
• Independently performing mechanical and electronic assembly of vehicle components.
• Professional pre-processing and post-processing of metal workpieces using appropriate tools.
• Conducting regular visual and quality inspections to ensure strict process control.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed technical or craft-based apprenticeship (e.g., as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, electrician, assembler, or comparable).
• Ideally, initial practical work experience in assembly.
• Full willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• High commitment, resilience, and a team-oriented, self-reliant way of working.

• Attractive gross hourly pay of €23.34 based on collective agreement (GVP/DGB).
