Usability Tester

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in usability testing in addition to working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms, sharp eye for detail and communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
2. Must have either a relevant certification or a bachelor s degree.
3. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting testing activities in healthcare systems.
4. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in functional, integration, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
5. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the development of test plans, test cases, test scripts, defect reports.
6. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience documenting findings and defects.

Desired Qualifications:
1. At least three (3) years of experience in testing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and their integration with ancillary applications (e.g., pharmacy, laboratory, billing, document management).
2. At least three (3) years of experience in testing implementations across multiple locations.
3. At least three (3) years of experience in performing accessibility (ADA) testing.
4. At least three (3) years of experience with automation frameworks or tools.
5. At least three (3) years of experience in using industry standard tools such as Test Management Tools (e.g.,JIRA, etc.)
6. At least three (3) years experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with Business Solutions Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and End Users.
