Required Skills:

• Serves as a senior techno-functional expert for Client’s Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution and related enterprise systems. The incumbent partners with Finance, research administration, departmental business offices, IT technical teams, and Oracle Support to design, configure, test, implement, and support Oracle PPM capabilities that enable effective project financial management across client.
• The role requires hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience supporting end-to-end project financial processes, including project and task setup, Project Costing, cost collection and accounting, project controls, budgets and forecasts, and Project Billing and revenue where applicable.
• He/She translates business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations, evaluates fit-gap decisions, manages functional design and testing, troubleshoots complex production issues, and assesses quarterly Oracle Cloud releases for PPM impacts.
• Acting as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, the analyst ensures Oracle PPM configurations, workflows, security, reporting, integrations, and enhancements align with Client operational requirements, financial policies, compliance needs, and Oracle Cloud best practices.
• The position also supports OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, data validation, documentation, user readiness, and continuous improvement of project financial management processes.
