Application Programmer

Application Programmer - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $65-70 Per HR

The role is based in the Charlotte, NC area with a hybrid work schedule. This contract position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate data integration needs into functional requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with data integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison among application teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Translate data integration needs into clear functional requirements and coordinate delivery.
• Lead application onboarding, requirements analysis, and testing coordination.
• Facilitate release planning and stakeholder communication.
• Follow up on production issues and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or technology delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing specifications and user stories.
• Working knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and relational databases.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
