Overview

Are you someone who enjoys having ownership of multi-channel campaigns from concept through to lead generation, working closely with sales and having clear visibility of the pipeline your activity creates? Then this could be the right role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation projects end-to-end, from the initial idea through to lead delivery. This includes analysis, optimisation and achieving lead targets
  • Build and manage lead nurture programmes and marketing automation workflows to convert subscribers into qualified leads
  • Execute activity across a variety of marketing channels as required (e.g., email, website, SEO, organic social, and third-party media)
  • Produce campaign assets (e.g., landing pages, eBooks, case studies, promotional content) in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
  • Own and manage LinkedIn campaigns to drive leads through a variety of campaign types
  • Monitor campaign, lead and conversion performance against objectives, reporting regularly and using insights to optimise ROI and inform planning
  • Contribute to larger cross-functional initiatives, supporting marketing activity, content creation, and campaign delivery
  • Stay up to date with demand generation trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive growth
  • Other activities may be required from time to time to support the business

Skills and experience

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Proven success in demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline creation through multi-channel (e.g., email, website, SEO, organic social, and third-party media) campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (including LinkedIn) and delivering lead generation campaigns
  • Proven experience independently managing projects end-to-end (e.g. webinar series, marketing automation, industry reports, partner marketing)
  • Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM workflows, audience segmentation, analytics reporting tools and a CMS
  • Experience building and optimising conversion-focused customer journeys, from subscriber acquisition through to lead generation
  • Ability to develop campaign messaging and content tailored to different audiences, industries and buyer personas
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to improve campaign performance, lead quality and ROI
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of account-based marketing

Desirable experience

  • Experience with specific platforms such as Salesforce, Dotdigital, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO and website optimisation
  • Experience working with agencies and managing third-party campaigns
