Data Specialist

We are looking for a detail-focused Data Specialist to support data migration, reporting and analytics across our health information management software products. This role's core focus will be to work with our onboarding team on client data migration activities, contribute data expertise to the development team, and help deliver accurate reporting and Power BI outputs.

The role involves:

• Assisting with data extraction, transformation, validation and import processes
• Analysing source data and identifying data quality issues
• Preparing data mapping, migration notes and validation outputs
• Supporting testing and verification of migrated data
• Developing and maintaining SQL queries, scripts and data extracts
• Working with Microsoft Azure SQL databases
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and Power BI outputs
• Assisting with client and internal reporting requirements
• Providing data-related input into product development and database changes

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with Microsoft Azure SQL, a good understanding of data migration processes, and experience creating reports or dashboards. A software development background would be highly regarded.
