What You'll Do
  • Deploy mobile applications by using Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Coordinate build creation, versioning, and release cycles for iOS and Android.
  • Submit and maintain applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Support release validation, rollout, and deployment issue solving.
  • Support backend services hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like Amazon Cognito, Amazon SNS, and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of mobile application services.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve production incidents impacting users.
  • Provide frontline technical support for mobile application issues.
  • Maintain and support internal mobile testing environments for QA and development teams.
  • Use GitHub for source control, branching, and release management.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline execution and automation improvements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate user documentation in Confluence.
What We're Looking For
  • More than 2 years of experience assisting with or launching iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of GitHub and version control workflows.
  • Experience with AWS services, including Cognito, SNS, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
  • Strong incident management and solving skills.l
  • Demonstrated focus on application uptime and service reliability.
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or TFS (Azure DevOps) for support and work tracking.
  • Familiarity with mobile release automation tools (e.g., Fastlane) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration is an advantage.
  • Experience with systems that require high availability or interact directly with customers is advantageous.
