Supplier Support Specialist 1

Annual Compensation: $49,920 - $54,080

Position Type: Full time, Hybrid (3 Days on-site in Colchester, VT)

VIP is seeking a Supplier Support Specialist to join our Support Team. The Supplier Services part of our business is focused on moving data between distributors and suppliers in the beverage industry. This role is focused on supporting beverage suppliers with our sales data collection services and assisting them with our reporting solutions. Supplier Support Specialists work in a team setting to provide support for a designated group of customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish a positive, professional and trustworthy relationship with our customers and help them work towards efficient usage of our software.
• Build strong supplier relationships by providing responsive support, addressing concerns, and connecting customers with appropriate internal resources.
• Help customers better understand the quality and reliability of our data and how it contributes towards their product's success.
• Ensure that any customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and directed to the appropriate resources.
• Prioritize daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities, both to the company and the customer.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft excel and business software applications.
• At least one year of customer support experience preferred
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• Beverage industry knowledge is a bonus!

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed represents our good faith estimate for the role.
